Revised Schedule of AGSB Pre-Registration Activities for the Second Trimester of 2023-24

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the RO was not able to effect the posting of course offerings for the second trimester of 2023-24 affecting the pre-registration schedule. Please be informed that the pre-registration for the second trimester affecting Standard and MM students will start on Thursday, January 18 at 8:00 a.m. and close on January 20 at 7:00 p.m.

I would like to assure the student body of that only the schedule of the pre-registration activities is changed, and only in this instance. All other schedules and details contained in the Second Trimester Enrollment Memo issued earlier will remain. In particular, I would still like to remind everyone that there is a scheduled downtime of the portal from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. everyday.

While the Direct Registration facility will still be available, only DR applications for curricular exemption, cross-program enrollment, probationary conditions, and overload requests will be entertained. All these will require prior approval from the Academic Department before the DR request can be granted.

When the portal was opened for a short time last Monday morning, 102 students were able to complete their pre-registration. To be fair to these students, their pre-registration for those courses will be retained.

This is an isolated case which we are resolving so it does not happen again. We apologize for anxiety this inconvenience has caused.
