RELEASING OF DIPLOMA AND OTHER GRADUATION CREDENTIALS

Subject : RELEASING OF DIPLOMA AND OTHER GRADUATION CREDENTIALS

For those who have already been cleared for graduation and have already paid for graduation credentials, you may now reserve a slot to pick up your documents at the APS Rockwell Campus. Simply go to the Registrar Online Services portal then click on Schedule Pickup of Graduation Credentials and follow the ensuing instructions.
The graduation credentials will include the following (depending on what you paid for):
- Diploma (Latin)
- English translation of the diploma
- Official Transcript of Record (for evaluation only; not valid for further studies)
- Regis certificate (as applicable)
Due to quarantine restrictions, we will be scheduling releases only on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays starting 03 December until 18 December, 2021 with only 10 slots per hour over a limited period per day. Come next year, our schedule of release will be every Wednesday from 05 January to 09 February, 2022 with the same limited slots and period per day.
Credentials that have not been claimed after 09 February, 2022 will be charged a corresponding Storage Fee.
