Operations and Information Technology Department

Ronald is the current Chair of San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation’s (SMYPC) Production Council for its domestic and international facilities (Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and China). He is a seasoned Operations Manager of San Miguel Corporation managing its Beverage Packaging business with 20+ years solid track record in the Beverage Industry. He has held already various assignments in Quality Assurance, Product Development, Technology Management, Project Management, Construction Management, and Operations.

With his vast experience and graduate studies, he is currently an adjunct faculty at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business under the Department of Operations and Information Technology. He teaches MBA students business courses in Applied Mathematics and Operations Management.

He is a Licensed Chemist graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman) and MBA Regis (Gold Medalist and Class of 2021 Commencement Speaker) of Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He has post-graduate studies in MS Materials Engineering (UP Diliman), Bachelor of Laws (MLQU Law School), and Ateneo CCE Leadership and Management Development Program (Ateneo CCE LMDP).

He is currently taking graduate studies on Public Leadership (PLC) at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and Doctor of Business Administration in Global Business and Leadership (DBA-GBL) at the California Intercontinental University.

He is the immediate past President and current Board of Trustee Director of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB) Clark Students and Alumni Association and also the former MBA Regis Representative of the university-wide Ateneo GSB SC organization.

He is also a Director and Board of Food Sec Filipinas, Inc. and Managing Advisor of Ramp-up Executive Leadership and Management Consultancy.
