Ramon Ma. V. Molano, Ph.D.
Leadership and Human Resource
Ramon holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the
University of Santo Tomas Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from De La Salle University. He earned graduate credits in Philosophy at the Ateneo de
Manila University.
He brings over 30 years of industry experience as an HR executive in mostly US multinationals —
Procter & Gamble Philippines and Advantek Inc. At the latter, he served as Global Director for
Human Resources with responsibilities in Asia, Germany and the US. He is also a member of the
teaching faculty in the Ph.D. and M.S. Human Resource Management programs at the University of
Santo Tomas Graduate School.
