Joseph Sanchez graduated BS Psychology and MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, and has a Diploma in Organization Development from the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (Ateneo CORD). He is currently an independent HR consultant as well as a regular workshop facilitator at Ateneo CORD.
Joseph has provided HR consulting services for both profit and non-profit organizations for over 15 years. He has also contributed articles and chapters to local HR-related publications, the latest of which is in the book Workplace Well-being in the Philippines: A Guidebook published by the Ateneo University Press.
