“Jacqueline Castillo is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience in the power
industry with expertise in supply contracts, retail electricity, sales strategies, marketing, and
corporate branding. She has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from MAPUA
Institute of Technology with Registered Electrical Engineering (REE) and Registered Master
Electrician (RME) licenses and an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business as a Gold
Medalist. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Dept. of Operations and Information
Technology, teaching various mathematics and operations subjects.
She has worked with the country's biggest power companies, such as MERALCO, PSALM, AES
Philippines, and San Miguel Global Power. Her current role is the Chief Operating Officer and
Head of Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory for Mabuhay Energy Corporation, a retail electricity
supplier licensed by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). She is also an executive
committee member of Excell Powergen Corp. and Mabuhay Power Holdings Corp. 
She is also a member of the Retail Electricity Suppliers Association of the Philippines (RESA)
Board of Trustees and a proud mentor to the IAM SAM Foundation."
