Emmanuel P. Paulino is a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in Information Management at the University of Perpetual Help Las Pinas. He finished both his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Business Administration at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. He finished different diploma studies in Statistics, Analytics, and Research Methodology. He is also a Licensed Professional Teacher.

He served as an IT officer, Database Manager, and Consular Assistant for the Department of Foreign Affairs. He became an IT Project Manager for special IT projects and the Office of Consular Affairs development. He also served as a Report Manager and Data Analyst for other government agencies. His services for academic institutions centered on enhancing their research and analytics capabilities, which includes developing new programs, preparing for accreditation, training faculty, and establishing policies and guidelines.

He is an active researcher with at least 4 international publications in top-tier journals. He has done peer review works for several journal publications as well.

He is an active committee member of the Board of Education of the Analytics Association of the Philippines.
