Leadership and Human Resource
Casey (“KC”) Hare graduated cum laude with a BA in German Language and Literature from
Boston University in 2004. He has a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell
University, and an MBA with gold medal from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Regis
program, where he was the inaugural Regis Program Awardee. He is also a certified Global
Human Resources Professional (GPHR) as attested to by the Human Resources Certification
Institute. He is an adjunct member of faculty teaching Human Resources Management and
Business Communication.
American by birth, KC has lived in the Philippines since 2010, and has two decades of
experience in Human Resources Management across various industries, including adult
education, cross-cultural training, business process outsourcing, hospitality, market research, and
big tech. He is currently a Global HR Business Partner for Automattic, Inc, the owner of internet
brands WordPress.com, Tumblr, WooCommerce, and more.
