Subject		:		Car Pass Stickers for SY 2022-2023 for APS Rockwell campus

The SY2022-2023 CAR Pass Sticker for the Rockwell campus started last July 26, 2022. Please be guided accordingly

for the following procedures:

I.    For Law School Students, GSB Faculty, Administrators, Students, Staff & Service Providers:

1.  Online Application

a. Visit  https://bit.ly/APSCarStickerApplicationForm
b. Fill out and submit the Car Pass Sticker application form

2.  Online Payment

We will only allow cashless payments for the 2nd and 3rd car stickers while the 1st sticker is

free of charge.  Kindly allow 5-7 working days to receive a text confirmation that you may now

claim your Official Receipt, your 2nd and/or 3rd car pass stickers.

3.  You may claim your car pass stickers at the Rockwell Lobby Reception. Area through

Ms Jessa Gubalani from Mondays to Saturdays, 8AM-12NN and 1PM-6PM

a. For Students: Present email confirmation and tuition fee receipt. (and the text confirmation for the

                          2nd and 3rd car pass stickers)

b. For AGSB Faculty, Administrators, Staff & Service Providers:  Present email confirmation

                           (and the text confirmation for the 2nd and 3rd car pass stickers)

II.    For Law School Faculty – Kindly coordinate with Mr. Roy Madamba for your car pass sticker application.
