Dr. Stephene Roy C Condino, known as “Doc Biggles,” serves as the Vice President (VP) for Business Development & Operations for MASA | Philippines, one of the leading below-the-line and activation agencies in the Philippines, employing around 16.000 per-project bases and having about 400 regular employees in the country. During his employment with MASA, he grew the business portfolio by almost 300% since he joined the company last 2009.

 Stephene Roy is also the President and co-founder of the leading bamboo sunglasses and watches company in the Philippines, Wodd PH. He is in charge of his company’s comprehensive strategic planning and execution in the Philippines. Because of his expertise and leadership, Wodd PH is a recipient of various awards in the Philippines” as the best bamboo sunglasses and eyewear brand in the Philippines. Wodd today is a bronze partner of the Haribon Foundation and a DTI Go Lokal Initiative member. He also co-founded one of the leading management and consulting firm in the Philippines, Condino and Associates Consulting Firm (CACG) last 2021.

 Stephene Roy is also a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) graduate from the University of Liverpool Management School (AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA accredited). He also completed his Senior Executive Programme and Innovation in the Digital World program from the London Business School, both from the United Kingdom. He is the first Filipino and youngest to complete both programs last 2016 and 2020, respectively. He also sports an Executive MBA from Ateneo de Manila in a consortium with Regis University in the United States. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas. He completed his secondary studies at La Salle College – Antipolo.

 Stephene Roy is also an academician. He is currently a faculty with the Ateneo de Manila John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM), teaching Strategic HR management, the Ateneo Graduate School of Business for MBA middle managers, and the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health for its MD-MBA program. Stephene Roy is also a part-time faculty with the University of the Philippines – Cebu School of Management for its Bachelors and MBA programs. He also acts as a business professor with the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, teaching undergraduate and graduate school programs. He also teaches at the University of Saint La Salle – Bacolod Graduate School for MBA and Ph.D. programs.
