The year 2006 marks our 40^th anniversary as a business school and we want to celebrate and recognize our unique history, the challenges and achievements we have faced through the years, and our renewed commitment towards concretizing our value proposition through a yearlong series of activities and events.   Drawing from our value proposition that the purpose of business is not only for profits but for nation building, the overall theme for our anniversary celebration is "Our Country is Our Business."

The grand kick off of our year long anniversary celebration is the Business Leadership Forum that will take place on July 27, 2006 at 3:00 pm.  This will be held in our Rockwell campus and will be fed to our offsite campuses in Cebu, Subic and Sta, Rosa via web conferencing facility.  Our guest speakers will be Hon. Margarito Teves, DOF Secretary; Mr. Manuel Pangilinan, PLDT Chairman; and Mr. Antonio Meloto, Executive Director for Gawad Kalinga.  For this event, we have invited Presidents, CEOs, and other senior officials of top corporations and other organizations

This event is only the beginning of many other activities to mark our anniversary celebration and is considered as a public launch  and debut to announce our value proposition as a business school. 

This is our celebration and therefore we should make sure we appreciate and understand how important this event is to all of us.  In doing so, we, as hosts of this event can fully engage ourselves in contributing to make our anniversary celebration memorable and successful.
