1966 The Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB) was formally established.
1968 ADMU and DLSU formed a consortium that created the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
1969 The MBA for Senior Executive Program (MBA-SEP) was launched.
1976 Padre Faura campus was officially closed. The Master in Police Management was offered.
1977 The H.V. dela Costa campus in Salcedo Village, Makati City was established, housing both the Ateneo Law School (ALS) and the AGSB, collectively referred to as the Ateneo Professional Schools (APS).  
The MBA Logistics Management was offered.
  The off-campus programs were launched in cooperation with various government and private entities.
1978 The MBA in Real Estate Management was offered.
1979 The Master in Business and Government Administration, MBA-Transportation Management, MBA-Project Management and Master in Hospital Administration (MHA) were launched.
1982 The AGSB Non-Degree Programs Division was renamed Business Leadership Programs Division.
1983 The MBA for Middle Managers (MBA-MM) was launched.
1989 The Ateneo-Bankers Association of the Philippines (Ateneo-BAP) Institute of Banking was created.
1993 Dr. Alfredo R.A. Bengzon was appointed Dean of the AGSB.
1998 The AGSB together with the Ateneo Law School and the Ateneo Information Technology Institute (AITI), moved to its present campus in Rockwell Center, Makati City. 
The Ateneo-Regis MBA Program  was launched 
  The first off-campus site for the Ateneo-Regis MBA Program was established in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
  The MHA curriculum was changed to the Master in Hospital Service Administration (MHSA) Program.
2000 Two new off-campus sites for the Ateneo-Regis MBA Program were opened: Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City, and Cebu City.   
The MHSA curriculum was changed to the MBA in Health (MBAH) Program.
2002 Leaders for Health Program (LHP) was launched with participants earning the Master in Community Health Management (MCHM) degree.
2003 The Autonomy Status was granted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).    
   Business Faculty Development Program (BFDP) was launched to help selected undergraduate schools in training their business faculty.
2004 The Mulat-Diwa Progam was launched to implement AGSB’s value proposition: Business is not only for profit but also for nation-building.    
  The Thomas R. Kennedy Award for quality program was given by Regis University, Denver, Colorado, U.S.A.                                                                                            
  No.1 Graduate School of Business in the Philippines as per Commission on Higher Education-Fund Assistance for Private Education (CHED-FAPE) survey. 
Implementation of on-line course methodology and on-line student services.
2005 8th time Overall Champion in the Inter-MBA Friendship Games.
